Spring training is underway for Major League Baseball, and players will be trying to shake the rust off from the winter off-season by taking part in lots of running, stretching, weight-lifting, and other exercises to get in tip-top shape before playing any actual games.  But not all players keep in shape like they should (and it often shows on the field!)  What former baseball player famously said “I ain’t an athlete…I’m a ballplayer!”?
